We only use your personal data for the purpose of processing your request for using our services and

We reserve the right to anonymise personal data gathered and to use any such data. We will use data outside the scope of this policy only when it is anonymised. We save your billing information and other information gathered about you for as long as needed for accounting purposes or other obligations deriving from law, but not longer than 7 years.

We might process your personal data for additional purposes that are not mentioned here but are compatible with the original purpose for which the data was gathered. To do this, we will ensure that:

Who your information may be shared with

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be shared only with third parties we use to complete our business operations such as bookkeeper, Accountant, Bankers and Insurance services. We may share your information with law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation to help prevent unlawful activity.

Whether personal information has to be provided by you, and if so why

The provision of certain information is required from you to enable us to do the following:

• Name - For delivery purposes;
• Address - For delivery purposes;
• Age - To ensure prohibited items are not sold;
• Email address - To provide receipt of purchase.

We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you, whether you are required to provide the information to us.

How long your personal information will be kept

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To satisfy UK tax laws we have to keep basic information about our customers for a minimum of 6 years.

Keeping your information secure  

We have put appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We limit access to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Indeed, while we will use all reasonable efforts to secure your personal data, in using the site you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data that are transferred from you or to you via the internet.
